Suzhou Ruijia Printing Paper Factory is specialized in the manufacturing of heat transfer printing paper with expertise in precision designs embossed on S. S. Cylinders having various colour-ways effects with use of good quality sublimation transfer inks which render good gloss and shine, are long-lasting and are wash-proof. Our Products are locally manufactured in our factory, mainly for exports as well as for domestic market. We ensure that we can provide you with Standard Quality products by using fine artwork and advanced technology equipment. We specifically use light brown craft or white paper (27-28GSM) with width sizes of 1600mm/1800mm and 2300mm. On our customers¡¯ demand , we can supply with best quality imported paper from Japan and Taiwan, our Heat Tranfer Printing Paper is very competitively priced without any compromise on Quality.
Packing used for our products is as per International Safety Standards, each roll consisting of 1,000meters has inner and outer packing. The weight for each roll is approximately 46-47 kgs. The inner packing, after the initial paper packing, is done by using poly-bag which is water-proof and the outer packing is done by using knitted polythene bag or on the specific request of our customer; Packing is done using Carton Box (weighing 2 kgs) made of corrugated eco-friendly paper material.
Our heat transfer paper is best suited for printing on various types of polyster/cotton, Poly/Viscose, Poly/Rayon or T/C blended fabrics, Polyamide 6.6 Flock Material, Non-woven fabrics used in the house-hold furnishing products viz; Curtains, Sofa Covers, Cushion and Pillow Covers, Bedspreads, Bedsheet, Blankets, Quilt Covers, Table-Cloth etc.
